Search mandate

The assignment is then formalized through a search mandate, generally exclusive.

The mandate outlines the buyer’s criteria (location, property type, number of bedrooms, amenities, views, environment, etc.), the acquisition budget allocated to the project, and the fees of French Riviera Experts.

It does not constitute an obligation to purchase. It is part of the legal framework governing real estate transactions in France, which requires licensed professionals to hold a mandate in order to act in the completion of a transaction.

Sourcing & selection

Opportunities are identified across the entire market, analyzed prior to presentation, and refined during viewings.

Our verification process includes confirming that the property is formally for sale, either by validating the intermediary’s mandate or directly with the owner when appropriate.

Offer & negotiation

A market-consistent offer strategy is defined and conducted in a structured manner to facilitate a balanced agreement and successful completion of the transaction.

Due diligence & completion

We coordinate document verification and interactions between all parties through to the signing of the final deed before a notary.
